Realistic life of a real middle class family
The beauty of of every day life
Wishful slow mornings, budget getaways, and dinners that can be more hectic than expected. Welcome to our life, told honestly
who we are
Just your ordinary family that’s trying to figure it all out
We found that we were constantly getting lost in the daily life of parenthood so we decided to start writing things down here because, as the saying goes, “The days are long, but the years are short”. This is now our space where we can keep all the memories: the trips we saved up for, the many meals that we’ve cooked together and the wins, whether they be big or small.
No one telling us what to love, no big montage of what parenting should look like. Just honest, real notes, from an average middle-class family who wants to live life to the fullest without the expensive price tag.

where the stories come from
Real trips, real dinners, real budgets
Our getaways that. we take without breaking the bank and the home-cooked meals that don’t always go to plan. We take all of this and share it with you, the good and the bad, in case it can help your family too.
a little reminder
You don’t need the magazine house, the luxury budget, or the flawless plan. You just need to show up for the ordinary days, because those are the times you’ll think back on the most.
